This is what I usually eat after going to the gym:
Tuna flakes in water+
durog na Skyflakes+
lettuce
Then milk as a drink
It really tastes good plus it gives you the protein muscles need to recover without the guilt of trans fat, excessive carbs and sugar. You kinda feel healthy after each meal (pero syempre, there's always the psych part to it. (",)). hehehe.
