The Convent's Repolyo

This is a story I had to pass in my creative writing class that I enjoyed doing. It is actually an application of how to make DIALOGUES in stiories. I liked the story, so I guess it's worth your time. Happy Reading!


Dong.Dong.Dong.

"Is that the angelus Mother Superior"

"It' been two years since you've entered sister Sophie"

"Oh, I'm just not feeling well these days I suppose"

"That's why I wanted to talk to you"

"But I have to go to the gardener and request for some repolyo for lunch mother"

"What have you been doing these past few days?"

"The repolyo are really needed mother"

"I'll make you some coffee"

"But the repolyo mo-"

"We don’t have repolyo in our garden my dear"

"Oh, I mean the strawbe- I mean the bananas"

"Mang Pido will just have to wait"

"I'm sorry Mother, I am really not feeling well"

"It's a wonder why after feeling pleasure, we somehow feel sick. I guess it's the guilt"

"What guilt Mother?"

"Did Pido ask you?"

"I don't know, the repolyo?"

"Was it big?"

"I hope"

"Did it hurt?"

"The repolyo won't hurt you"

"Was it good?"

"No, I was just about to go"

"Did you take it all?"

"As I said Mother, I was just about to go"

"In the name of the Lord Sophie, stop denying"

"About the repolyo?"

"It was more of an eggplant I suppose-no repolyo in the garden"

"Oh, eggplant"

"Don't worry, that same eggplant made me feel sick too, like you today."

"What?"

"My dear, ask for forgiveness, that's all there is to it"

"I did not sin!"

"Don't worry, don't worry, Mang Pido owns the eggplant, he knows what to do with what

grows after it"

"What! Abortion?"

"After all, I tasted that same eggplant years ago..."

Dong.Dong.Dong.

Ang ganda ng corals no? Astig yung isa sa mga propesor namin meron siyang underwater Digicam-corder. Siya yung ku muha nang picture na iyan.

TOO BAD

The International coastal clean-up was an optional trip for the scuba diving students of UP. Too bad i wasn't able to join my classmates since i had to take a test in MATH 2 ( score?-107 % hahahahah! math 2 lng tuwa na!) plus I wanted to watch the cheering competition too bad again, ticket were like gold for free. So I ended up with my good ol'friend: someone who makes you want it more than reality-TV.

TOO BAD AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Flying with Darna

Last September 8, 2005, My groupmates in Comm 3 interiviewed Ms. Angel Locsin.

Biased as I may seem but she sure is kind-hearted and very accomodating.

We interviewed (ambush) her inside her tent in Parks and Wildlife in Quezon Ave. when she took a break during a shoot for DARNA.

So here are several things we learned that might interest you:

1. She knows something about cameras, she even adjusted our camcorder to fit the setting

2. She is an alumnus of UST, she is part of the Philippine swimming team and even competed in Hong Kong

3. She wants to take up criminology but her father wants her to take Business Ad.

4. She and her father are so sweet (Talk about daddy's girl)

5. She reads the Bible regularly(someone testified) and John Grisham's books.

6. She has so many blisters in her hands because of the stunts she performs for DARNA.

7. She is tall, (taller than expected) sexy and beautiful.

8. She definitely loves her work

Well, These are just some of the things we learned about her. After that 15-minute interview, I can say she really is kind; not every artist will welcome us after a very strenous day right? In the video She even told our professor to give us an UNO>( requested by us of course!)

..."just an FHM babe?"-nah! there's definitely more to her than just you-know-what...
