bagiuo: 27 April

Just got home last night from baguio. The trip was fun and freezing as always but was relatively hotter than the last time we went up three years ago.

We, again, lodged at the AJ's penion house in Jungle town road--a small and affordable, cozy place near the Baguio Cathedral. Plus, there's a piano in the basement so i really lke it there.

We arrived at around 7 am, but we were not to check into our rooms until 12 noon so we just decided to go to SM Baguio to kill some time. When we got back to the house, there wasn't really much to do. For one, my dad wasn't able to register my name as an assitant to the convention (which was dissappointing), so i had to find other ways to spend my time.

Learning from the receptionist that the daily mass in the Baguio Cathedral wasn't until 5 pm, I simply slept until about 4:30 for i didn't really slept well on the bus. It was a breezy and cold afternoon walk to the Cathedral but was nevertheless refreshing beacasue of the new sceneries (not to mention the will-make-you-pant, up-hill slopes).

The cathedral was simple and beautiful as i last saw it 3 years ago; plus, its color pink, in a misty, gray background, was very calming. I participated in the Holy Eucharist and then went home afterwards.

That night, i couldn't as usual so at around 10 pm i went again for a walk around town then sat on a bench near the park. I was enjoying the chill of the breeze but when i saw gangsters running (so i heard),I guessed it was trouble, so I decided to go back to the pension house.
Then i slept.
